A class for those who have slight knowledge of yoga and for those who have practised yoga to a medium standard but lack motivation to practise yoga regularly at home. There is a basic structure to class and participants are encouraged to give their input.

The relaxation benefits yoga gives through breathing techniques and basic meditation using music and visualisation techniques also form the framework of the class as well as the health benefits it offers.
